Our current projects range from chemistry role-playing games and new adventures in our world of the fairytale forest to interactive toolboxes for various educational areas. The focus is always on a playful approach to complex topics. Immerse yourself in the world of educational role-playing games and discover how learning through experience becomes a new reality, how you can use it yourself in your field and become part of a creative community.
FuturePlay - the EduRPG Toolbox
The aim is to develop a unique experimental kit: the EduRPG Toolbox. This toolbox contains games and methodological tools for the (further) development of games and the implementation of games in the field of education for young people and adults. The EduRPG Toolbox is aimed at professionals in the fields of education, youth and social work.
We cordially invite you to a practical workshop on the use of role-playing games and our methodological toolbox in education and social and youth work.
In this free workshop, you will gain valuable insights into the use of role-playing games to promote core 21st century skills and motivation in schools, universities and social work settings. Grubls House:
The role-playing project “Grubl's House” aims to introduce children and young people to the basics of science - especially chemistry - in a fun way. Through the exciting storyline in Grubl's house, the players discover chemical experiments in an entertaining way, solve puzzles together and learn about scientific concepts through active participation and experimentation. The target group is primarily children and young people aged 8 to 14 who are curious about science or enjoy solving puzzles and experiencing stories. The game not only promotes knowledge of chemistry, but also teamwork, problem-solving skills and creative thinking. By incorporating characters, experiments and tasks, interest in science is awakened in a playful way - and fun is always at the forefront!
The first playtests are planned for 2025. Interested schools and extracurricular educational institutions are welcome to contact us and register for the planned workshops.
The development of “Grubl's House” is taking place in cooperation with the chemistry edutainment provider Ich Mach Chemie, the zdi Netzwerk cLEVer in Leverkusen and CHECK!, dthe student research center in Solingen.
